Do you offer both suit and tuxedo options?

*Are the suits/tux available for rent or purchase? *

Most suits and tuxes are available for either rent or for purchase.

* When should we choose our suits or tuxes?*

We recommend booking wedding rentals at least four months before your wedding. This will give your party plenty of time to submit their measurements. For other events, we recommend booking 30 days before the event. Rental order can be placed as close as 1 day prior to an event. Any rentals booked within 10 days of the event will incur a rush fee.

What measurements do you need?

Height, Weight, Coat Size/Length, Coat Outsleeve, Chest, Waist, Hip, Neck, Sleeve, Outseam, and Shoe Size/Width. We recommend being professionally measured.

Can we come in to Pure Bliss to be professionally measured?

Absolutely! We'd be happy to book your party a fiting appointment.

How do out of town party members submit their measurements?

Can I have my rental shippd directly to me?

You can! The tuxedo company will drop ship your rental directly to you for a $25 fee. You can choose to have it returned with the other rentals of the party or you can ship it back to the tux company yourself for an addtional $25.

Is there a deposit due at the fitting?

Yes, a $50 non-refundable depsoit is required. The balance is due 15 days prior to the rental date.

When will the rentals be available for pick up?

Rentals are guarenteed to be in two days prior to the event.

What happens if a suit or tux rental does not fit?

If a suit or tux does not fit, we will request replacement pieces from the tuxedo company.

When are suit/tuxes due back?

Tuxedos must be returned by 5pm on Mondays. There is a late fee of $40/day for each individual rental returned later than that.

What happens if a piece of the rental is lost or damaged?

You are responsible for all lost or damaged items. There is $12 damage waiver which covers minor wear and tear. The waiver does not cover theft, loss, malicious damage, water-soaked items, damage due to vehicular accidents, or fire.
